Five Philadelphia fighters on undercard this Friday’s PBC on ESPN & ESPN Deportes card at the 2300 Arena

PHILADELPHIA (August 3, 2016) – Five top Philadelphia based fighters will be on the undercard this Friday night at the 2300 Arena in South Philadelphia on a Premier Boxing champions card on ESPN & ESPN Deportes.

In the main event, David Benavidez (15-0, 14 KO’s) of Phoenix, Arizona takes on Denis Douglin (20-4, 13 KO’s) of Las Vegas in the ten-round super middleweight main event. In the televised co-feature, Alejandro Luna (20-0, 15 KO’s) of Bellflower, CA. will battle Stephen Ormand (21-2, 11 KO’s) of Dublin, Ireland in a lightweight tussle.

The undercard will be littered with Philly fighter’s as Naim Nelson (13-1, 11 KO’s) will take on Edgardo Rivera (7-3-2, 5 KO’s) of Caguas, Puerto Rico in a six-round super lightweight bout; Knockout artist Tyrone Brunson (22-6-1, 21 KO’s) battles Carlos Garcia (10-16-1) of Aguada, Puerto Rico in a junior middleweight bout scheduled for eight-rounds.; In a six-round lightweight bout, Jerome Conquest (6-1, 1 KO) will fight Victor Vasquez (5-2, 2 KO’s) of Yonkers, New York; There will also be two pro debuter’s featured as junior middleweight Kieran Hooks will fight Miguel Martinez (2-1) of Reading, Pennsylvania and lightweight Jeffrey Torres will take Mariano Rolon (Pro debut) of Reading, Pennsylvania.

Also on the bill will be a four-round super middleweight clash between Darryl Bunting (2-0-1, 1 KO) of Asbury, NJ and Edward Jeramie Ortiz (1-0, 1 KO) of San Antonio, Texas.
