Lopez will hold a Meet & Greet with his fans at his booth during the fan event held over the Cinco De Mayo weekend.

About Teofimo Lopez

Lopez is an American professional boxer and a two-division world champion. He represented as an amateur, his parent’s native country of Honduras at the 2016 Summer Olympics. Lopez is the former Undisputed Lightweight world champion. He held the IBF title from December 2019 to November 2021. Lopez defeated pound for pound great Vasyl Lomachenko on October 17, 2020 to become the WBA (Super), WBO, WBC Franchise and Ring magazine belt champion. This monumental victory over Lomachenko, alongside winning two lineal titles by the age of 25, propelled Lopez into a true boxing star, as well as being the youngest four-belt champion in boxing history. Lopez recently moved up in weight at the Super Lightweight division and defeated Pedro Campa on August 13th, 2022 in Las Vergas. About Lennox Lewis

Lennox Lewis has accomplished more in one boxing career than most people can imagine. He won Gold in the 1988 Olympics which today still stands as the last Olympic Gold for Canada. Lewis retired with an impressive record of 41 wins, 2 losses, 1 draw with 32 wins by knockout. In 2009, in his first year of eligibility, Lewis was inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame. He reigned the heavyweight division for almost 12 consecutive years as the defending, lineal, undisputed, universally recognized and ONLY heavyweight champion of the world. Twenty years into retirement, he remains the last undisputed heavyweight champion of the world.

About Mia St. John 

Mia St. John is one of the most decorated and famous female professional boxers of all-time. She is the former WBC, IFBA and IBA world champion who gained popularity by appearing on some of the biggest undercards in boxing history that were headlined by Oscar De La Hoya. About Edgar Berlanga

Edgar Berlanga is the current NABO Super Middleweight champion. Although born in Brooklyn New York, Berlanga feels very connected to his parent’s native land of Puerto Rico. Berlanga began boxing at the age of seven. His childhood idol was Puerto Rican boxing legend Felix “Tito” Trinidad, which inspired Berlanga to work hard and gather an impressive amateur record of 162 wins with 17 losses. Berlanga won bronze (2013) and gold (2015) in the US Youth National Championships. Nicknamed “The Chosen One”, Berlanga turned pro in 2016, in Mexico and began his professional career with 16 consecutive first round knockouts, which burst him into the scene and made him an instant attraction.

Berlanga is one of the most exciting fighters in the world, with a record of 22 wins, no losses with 17 knockouts, making him one of the biggest Stars in boxing. Roy Jones Jr. is an American professional boxer who was inducted into the International Boxing Hall of fame in Canastota on June 12th, 2022. Jones captured numerous championships in the Middleweight, Super middleweight, Light heavyweight and Heavyweight divisions. He is the only boxer in history to start his career as a junior middleweight, and go on to win a heavyweight title. He is also noted for holding the WBC, WBA, IBF, IBO, NABF, WBF, and IBA light heavyweight championships; a record seven belts at the same time. The Ring magazine named Jones the Fighter of the Year in 1994, and the World Boxing Hall of Fame named him the Fighter of the Year for 2003. He is also a three-time winner of the Best Boxer ESPY Award (1996, 2000, and 2003). Jones was named “Fighter of the Decade” for the 1990s by the Boxing Writers Association of America.

Las Vegas (March 14, 2024) – After popular demand, we are excited to announce the return of the Box Fan Expo Invitational 2024, a USA Boxing amateur show that showcases some of the top-rated fighters in the US. The Invitational will be held under the same roof and during the  Box Fan Expo on Saturday May 4, 2024 at the Las Vegas Convention Center from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Expo will also coincide with the mega fight between Canelo Alvarez vs Jaime Munguia, that will take place later that evening at the T-Mobile Arena.

The Invitational will start at 11am and will have 18 to 20 bouts during the Boxing Expo, so fans can enjoy these great amateur fights as part of their experience at the event. Once again, this year we are looking forward to having some of the top seeded amateur boxers display their skills as they compete in front of family, friends, and the whole boxing industry, including current and former world champions as well as some of the top boxing stars of today.

Several highly-ranked and top fighters from the USA Boxing amateur program will receive a special invitation to take part at the Box Fan Expo Invitational 2024, to compete and have a chance to FACEOFF against the best in their division.

About Erik Morales

Erik Morales Nicknamed “El Terrible,” is a retired Mexican boxing legend and was inducted into the International Boxing Hall of fame in Canastota on June 10th, 2018). Morales compiled a 52-9 record in 61 fights, including 41 straight wins to start his career, and won world titles in four different weight classes (junior featherweight, featherweight, junior lightweight, junior welterweight). He also ended Manny Pacquiao’s six-year unbeaten streak in 2005 with a unanimous decision win. Morales notable fights came against Marco Antonio Barrera (nicknamed “The Baby Face Assassin”). The Morales versus Barrera trilogy is one of Boxing’s most famous fight trilogies of all time, involving two of Mexico’s most revered boxers. Their memorable fights were also named Ring Magazine’s fight of the year on February 19, 2000 and once again on November 27, 2004.
