RDR Promotions Stages 1st card in Philadelphia in Eight-Months on Saturday, November 7th at The 2300 Arena

Philadelphia, PA (October 19, 2020) – It has been eight-months since boxing was staged in Philadelphia. It was RDR Promotions presenting a sold out card in it’s inaugural outing that thrilled fans at the 2300 Arena.

On Saturday night, November 7th, RDR Promotions will be back presenting the 1st card since that night as the promotional company will bring back boxing with a six-bout card at the 2300 Arena.

In the six-round featured bout, undefeated Mark Dawson of Philadelphia will take on cross-town rival Vincent Floyd in a welterweight contest.

Dawson, who is signed to Split-T Management, has a record of 6-0-1 with three knockouts.

The 23 year-old, is a four-year professional, and is coming off a six-round unanimous decision over Jordan Morales on March 29, 2019 in Philadelphia.

Floyd has a record of 4-9-1 with two knockouts. The 32 year-old is a seven year veteran has faced six undefeated opponents.

In four-round bouts:

Brandon Mullins (6-0, 2 KOs) of Newark, DE fights Bryant Costello (1-1,1 KO) of Liberty, NY in a super middleweight fight.

Daiyann Butt (5-0, 3 KOs) of Philadelphia will fight Dieumerci Nzau (11-12, 8 KOs) of Silver Spring, MD super lightweight fight.

Dylan Price (10-0, 7 KOs) of Sicklerville, NJ takes on an opponent to be named in a super flyweight contest.

Nafear Charles (4-0, 4 KOs) of Philadelphia battles David Veras Pena (0-2-1) of Odenton, MD in a super lightweight contest.

Naheem Parker (1-0) of Camden, NJ will fight Joseph Santana (0-3) of Providence, RI in a Lightweight bout.

Fox of Forestville. Maryland is ranked number-15 by the WBA, has a record of 21-1 with five knockouts.

The 24 year-old Fox is a five year professional and has garnered his world ranking on the strength of wins over Ricardo Garcia (14-1), Gonzalo Carlos Dallera (5-0), 2016 Olympic Gold Medal Winner Fazliddin Gainazarov (7-0) and in his last bout, Fox won a 10-round unanimous decision over Eudy Bernardo (25-4) on September 14th in Bethlehem, PA.

Arellano of Conroe, Texas has a record of 10-1 with nine knockouts. The 27 year-old Arellano is a nine-year pro who has wins over undefeated foes D’Angelo Keys (7-0) and his bout when he won a decision over Xavier Wilson (10-0-1) on March 28th in San Antonio.

In the eight-round co-feature, undefeated super middleweight Kalvin Henderson will take on Genc Pllana.

Henderson of Fayetville, Arkansas has a record of 12-0 with eight knockouts.

The 29 year-old is a three year professional, and has had a meteoric climb up the super middleweight latter.

Henderson has wins over Bobby Taylor (4-0) and Brandon Robinson in a bout that was voted Philadelphia Fight of the Year for 2018. In his last bout, Henderson stopped Antowyan Aikens on May 10th at the 2300 Arena.

Pllana of Hagerstown, Maryland has a record of 7-1 with four knockouts.

The 25 year-old is a two-year professional who has defeated Jason Bell (3-0) and in his last bout, Pllana stopped Alex Lara in one-round on October 24th in Washington, DC.

Bethlehem, PA (September 3, 2019)–World-Ranked junior welterweight Mykal Fox will look to continue his winning ways when he takes on hard-punching Eudy Bernardo in the 10-round main event on Saturday September 14th at The Wind Creek Event Center (Formerly Sands Bethlehem Event Center).

The nine-bout card is promoted by King’s Promotions.

Fox of Upper Marlboro, Maryland has a record of 20-1 with five knockouts.

The 23 year-old Fox, who is currently ranked number-15 by the WBA, won his first 19 bouts which were highlighted by wins over Ricardo Garcia (14-1), former world champion DeMarcus Corley and Gonzalo Dallera (5-0), before suffering his only blemish which was a narrow decision to undefeated Shohjahon Ergashev on ShoBox: The New Generation.

Fox rebounded in a big way, as in his last outing, he was impressive in winning a unanimous decision over 2016 Olympic Gold Medal winner Fazliddin Gaibnazarov on May 11th in Tucson, Arizona.

Bernardo of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic has a record of 24-4 with 18 knockouts.

Like Fox, The 32 year-old Bernardo won his first 19 bouts.

In just his 4th bout, he won the Dominican Republic Lightweight Title with a 12-round unanimous decision over Jose Antonio Rodriguez Silvencia (3-0). Bernardo continued his winning ways with victories over Tomas Mendez (8-0), Darnell Jiles Jr. (8-1-1) and Mendez again (20-5).

Bernardo has been featured several times on national television, and is coming off a 10-round decision defeat to undefeated Kendo Castaneda (15-0) on March 28th in San Antonio, Texas.

In the eight-round co-feature, Erik Spring of Reading, PA battles Courtney Pennington in a junior middleweight fight.

Spring has a record of 13-2-2 with one knockout.

The five year-professional has won three straight fights, and has victories over two undefeated foes in Simon Henriksson (4-0) and David Wilson (5-0-1). In Spring’s last outing, He won a eight-round unanimous decision over Nicholas Hernandez at The sands Bethlehem Event Center.

The 32 year-old is a seven year pro, and he has an impressive resume with wins over Rich Neves (9-2-2), Boyd Melson (15-1-1), Khiary Gray (14-1-1), former world title challenger Delvin Rodriguez and Steven Martinez (18-3).

In Pennington’s last outing, he dropped a 10-round decision to 2016 U.S. Olympian Charles Conwell on June 8th at Madison Square Garden.
