Undefeated Junior Middleweight Charles Conwell in Action Tonight in Montreal

New York, NY (June 2, 2022)-Undefeated junior middleweight contender Charles Conwell will take on fight Abraham Juarez Ramirez tonight at the Montreal Casino in Montreal, Canada.

Conwell of Cleveland, Ohio is managed by Split-T Management and has a record of 16-0 with 12 knockouts.

The 24 year-old Conwell is the USBA Junior Middleweight champion, and is considered one of the top young fighters in the sport.

The five-year veteran who was a member of the 2016 United States Olympic team, has wins over Roque Zepeda (4-1-3), Travis Scott (19-3), Courtney Pennington (12-3-3), Wendy Toussaint (12-0), Madiyar Ashkeyev (14-0), and his last bout when he stopped Juan Carlos Rubio (18-0) in three rounds on August 29th in Cleveland,

Ramirez of Mexico City is 19-9 with eight knockouts. The 25 year-old is an eight-year veteran, and has quality wins over Alejandro Meneses (8-2), Ricardo Salas Rodriguez (7-0), Jesus Arriega (2-0), Jorge Garcia Perez (17-1). Ramirez is coming off a loss to undefeated Evan Sanchez on February 19th in Tijuana, Mexico.

Last Wednesday, Split-T Management’s Dalis Kaleipou remained undefeated with a second round stoppage over Cezly Collard at The Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, California.

With the win, the 23 year-old native of Waianae, Hawaii is now 3-0 with three knockouts.

Kaleipou is promoted by Golden Boy Promotions.

The very next night in Dearborn, Michigan, Split-T’s Joseph Hicks (2-0, 2 KOs) remained undefeated with a second round stoppage over Bruno Leonardo Lomay in a scheduled six-round bout.

The 28 year-old Hicks took out Romay, who came in with a record of 21-9.

Split-T Management Fighters Go Two-For-Two on Saturday Night

New York, NY (March 21, 2022)-Split-T Management fighters came home with two wins in as many fights on Saturday night as junior welterweight John Bauza and junior lightweight Dalis Kaleiopu remained undefeated with wins in New York and Los Angeles respectively.

At The Hulu Theater at Madison Square Garden, John Bauza remained undefeated with an eight-round unanimous decision over Tony Luis in a junior welterweight bout.

Bauza boxed well, and controlled the fight with his quicker hands and variety of punches.

Bauza landed 109 of 329 punches; Luis was 90 of 449.

Bauza, 140.2 lbs of Coamo, PR won by scores of 80-72, 79-73 and 78-74 and is now 17-0. Luis, 140.8 lbs of Cornwall, ONT, CAN is now 29-5.

The bout was televised live on ESPN.

At the Galen Center In Los Angeles, Dalis Kaleiopu stopped Manuel Lara in the fourth and final round of their lightweight bout.

In round one, Kaleiopu dropped Lara with a right to the head. Later in the round, Lara went down from a body shot.

In round four, it was a three-punch combination to the head that dropped Lara to his knees and the bout was stopped at 2:15.

Kaleiopu, 132.4 lbs of Waianae, HI. is 2-0 with two knockouts. Lara, 134.2 lbs of Celaya, MEX is 2-8.

Split-T Management’s Dalis Kaleiopu in Action Tonight in Los Angeles

New York, NY (March 19, 2022)-Tonight, Split-T Management lightweight prospect Dalis Kaleiopu will look to stay undefeated when he takes on Manuel Lara in a four-round bout at The Galen Center in Los Angeles.

Kaleiopu, 23 years-old of Waianae, Hawaii is 1-0 with one knockout as he looks to build upon his pro debut when he took out Eduardo Sanchez in three rounds on February 13, 2021 in Indio, California.

Lara of Ciudad, Mexico is 2-7 and will be facing his fifth undefeated opponent.

Kaleiopu, 21 years-old won the Western Elite championships in 2018, and in the same year, Kaleiopu was a National Championship runner-up.

Kaleiopu was 132.4 lbs at Friday’s weigh-in, while Lara was 134.2

Split-T Management’s Eric Puente & Dalis Kaleiopu Gain wins on Saturday

NEW YORK (February 13, 2021) – Two of Split-T Management’s lightweight prospects emerged victorious on Saturday night in separate shows in Las Vegas and Indio, California.

Eric Puente remained perfect with an easy four-round unanimous decision over Sergio Vega to raise his mark to 5-0.

The bout took place at the MGM Conference Center, AKA “The Bubble” in Las Vegas, and was streamed lived on ESPN+

Puente boxed well and followed a solid jab with good left hooks. Vegas was never any concern to the 21 year-old Puente.

Puente, 137 lbs of San Diego, CA won by scores of 40-36 on all cards and is now 5-0. Vega, 136 lbs of Sacramento, CA is 2-1-1.

Dalis Kaleiopu was sensational in his pro debut as he stopped Eduardo Sanchez in the third-round of their fight at The Fantasy Springs Resort in Indio, California.

Kaleiopu dominated the opening two frames, and in round landed a blistering right uppercut that sent Sanchez down to the canvas, and the fight was stopped at 48 seconds into round three.

Kaleiopu, 136 lbs of Waianae, HI is 1-0 with one knockout. Sanchez, 135.6 lbs of Corcoran, CA is 2-4.

“It’s been a long time because of COVID,” said Dalis Kaleiopu. “So, it felt great to finally make my pro debut. I hurt him many times, but I let him go. But then I landed a shot he couldn’t come back from, so it feels good to stop somebody that has never been stopped.

Split-T Management’s Undefeated Lightweight Eric Puente Plus Pro Debuting Dalis Kaleiopu in Action

NEW YORK (February 13, 2021) – Tonight, two lightweight prospects under the Split-T Management banner will be in action on two separate cards.

In Las Vegas, undefeated Eric Puente makes his first start of 2021, when he takes on Sergio Vega at the MGM Grand Conference Center, AKA “The Bubble.”

Dalis Kaleiopu takes on Eduardo Sanchez at The Fantasy Springs Resort in Indio, California.

Puente, 21 of Vista, California, and Vega take part in a four-round bout. Puente will be making his 3rd appearance in “The Bubble” as he is coming off a four-round unanimous decision over Luis Norambuena on September 12th.

Puente was a 2016 National Youth Open Champion, and was a member of Team USA. Puente was a favorite to be a member of the 2020 United States Olympic Team.

Puente will be taking on his first undefeated opponent. Vega of Woodland, California is 2-0-1 with both wins coming via knockout. He is coming off a draw with undefeated Diego Elizondo on June 8, 2019.

At Friday’s weigh-in, Puente checked in at 137 lbs. Vega was 136 lbs,

The Puente – Vega bout will be part of an ESPN+ stream, beginning at 8:15. PM ET.
