Jamie Mitchell Defends WBA Bantamweight Title against Carly Skelly in Phoenix

New York (February 4, 2022) – Jamie Mitchell makes her maiden defense of the WBA Bantamweight title when she takes on Carly Skelly tomorrow night at The Footprint Center in Phoenix, Arizona.

The fight will be streamed Live on DAZN at 8 PM ET

Mitchell of Split-T Management under the guidance of Brian Cohen’s Empire Boxing, won the title on October 9th when she defeated previously undefeated champion Shannon Courtenay in Liverpool England,

Mitchell (7-0-2, 4 KOs) will look to add Skelly as the 2nd consecutive undefeated opponent to her resume.

Skelly (4-0-1) of Liverpool, England is coming off a 10-round unanimous decision over Dorota Norek on October 23rd in Liverpool.

Also on the card will be undefeated light heavyweight Khalil Coe. Coe (1-0-1, 1 KO) of Flemington, New Jersey will battle Dylan O’Sullivan in a bout scheduled for four-rounds.

Despite just 34 amateur fights, Coe made the most of his opportunities as he was a member of the distinguished United States elite team. Coe gained his most prominence when he knocked out Olympic Gold Medal Winner and four-time world amateur champion Julio Cesar La Cruz.

Coe is co-managed by Split-T Management and Keith Connolly, and is promoted by Matchroom Boxing.

O’Sullivan of Johnson City, Tennessee is 1-0, and made his pro debut with a unanimous decision over Jermaine Cooley on July 3rd in Gray, Tennessee.

Split-T Management Management Fighters Featured Prominently in New Hampshire

New York (November 19, 2021)–Split-T Management fighters will be on full display on Friday in Manchester, New Hampshire which will include an All Split-T fight that will be contested for three world titles.

That bout will feature WBA/IBO Super Lightweight world champion Kali Reis battling Jessica Camara with the vacant WBO title also on the line.

Reis of Providence, Rhode Island has a record of 18-7-1 with five knockouts. She is a former WBC Middleweight champion. She became a two-division world champion when she won a 10-round unanimous decision over Kandi Wyatt on November 6, 2020 in Saint Petersburg, Florida. Reis made her only defense on August 20th with a majority decision win over Diana Prazak on August 20th in San Diego.

Camara of Montreal, has a record of 8-2. The 33 year-old Camara is coming off a career best win as she won a unanimous decision over former world champion Heather Hardy (22-1) on May 14th in Nashville, Tennessee.

Reis weighed 138 lbs and Camara was 139 lbs.

Also on the bill will be the 2nd pro fight for light heavyweight Khalil Coe.

Coe fights Aaron Casper (6-4-1, 5 KOs) of Augusta, Georgia in a four-round bout.

Coe of Flemington, New Jersey is 1-0, which was a 2nd round knockout of Nathaniel Todd on May 29th in Las Vegas.

Light Heavyweight Khalil Coe Scores spectacular 2nd round stoppage in Pro debut

NEW YORK (May 29, 2021)- Khalil Coe looked like seasoned pro as he won his pro debut with an emphatic 2nd round stoppage over Nathaniel Tadd in a scheduled four-round light heavyweight bout at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas.

In round one, Coe dropped Tadd twice. The first knockdown came as he hurt Tadd with a body shot. Coe followed up with a flurry of body shots that sent Tadd down to the canvas. Coe went right back to that body, and landed a big uppercut and down went Tadd for a second time. In round two, It was another left to the body that sent Tadd down for a third time, and the fight was stopped at 1:10.

Coe, 176.2 lbs of Jersey City, NJ is 1-0 with one knockout. Tadd, 179 lbs of Houston is 2-5.
