Philadelphia, PA (May 5, 2016)–TONIGHT AT 6 PM AT CHICKIE’S & PETE’S IN SOUTH PHILADELPHIA, King’s Promotions will stage the weigh in advance of a big 10-bout card that will take place Friday night at the 2300 Arena.

In the main event, rising super middleweight Christopher Brooker (8-1, 5 KOs) takes on Antowyan Aikens (10-1-1. 1 KO) in a bout scheduled for eight-rounds.

In the six-round co-feature, former IBF Welterweight champion, Kermit Cintron (35-5-2, 28 KO’s) is coming full circle when he takes on Eduardo Flores (23-20-3, 15 KO’s) in a junior middleweight bout.

In a six-round super lightweight bout, Naim Nelson (12-1, 1 NC, 1 KO) battles Carlos Velasquez (24-23-2, 15 KO’s) of Managua, Nicaragua.

In a six-round super welterweight bout, Erik Spring (6-1,1 KO) of Reading, PA will fight Justin Johnson (6-11-4) of Pittsburgh, PA.

In four-round bouts:

Scott Kelleher (4-0, 2 KO’s) of Philadelphia will fight Terrell James (1-3-1) of Philadelphia, PA. in a super lightweight fight.

Tyrone Crawley Jr. (4-0) of Philadelphia will square off with Korey Sloane (2-8-2) of Philadelphia in lightweight bout.

Amir Shabazz (3-0, 1 KO) of Philadelphia fights Tahlik Taylor (1-3) of Freeport, NY. in a light heavyweight affair.

Aaron Brooks of Philadelphia will make his pro debut against Ryan Bivins (0-1-1) of Philadelphia in super middleweight bout.

Christopher Brooker to take on Antowyan Aikens on Friday, May 6 at the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia

Philadelphia, PA (April 1, 2016)–On Friday night, May 6th, a terrific night of boxing returns the 2300 Arena in South Philadelphia as King’s Promotions presents a nine-bout card.

In the main event, rising super middleweight Christopher Brooker takes on Antowyan Aikens in a bout scheduled for eight-rounds.

Brooker of Philadelphia has a record of 8-1 with five knockouts.

The 23 year-old Brooker has turned a lot of heads in the boxing industry after winning two consecutive high-profile, nationally televised bouts against previously undefeated prospects.

On December 29, 2015, Brooker won over Leo Hall (8-0) on FS1 and followed that up with a eight-round majority decision over John Magda (11-0) on ShoBox on February 19th in Atlantic City.

Aikens of Atlantic City has a record of 10-1-1 with one knockout.

The 26 year-old won his first ten bouts which included a win over previously undefeated Sherman Artis.

Aikens will be looking to get back in the win column after being stopped by Lanell Bellows on February 16th in Las Vegas.

In an eight-round co-feature, former world welterweight champion Kermit Cintron returns against Eduardo Flores in a junior middleweight bout.

Cintron of Reading, PA has a record of 35-5-2 with 28 knockouts.

Cintron won his first twenty-four bout and established himself as one of the most feared welterweight’s in the world.

Of those twenty-four wins were stoppages over Said Ouali (7-0), Omar Davila (12-2), Ian Mackilop (14-1), Elio Ortiz (25-6) and Teddy Reid (22-5-1).

After coming up short against WBO world champion Antonio Margarito, Cintron stopped David Estrada (18-2), which set up a title opportunity against Mark Suarez.

On October 28, 2006, Cintron stopped Suarez in five founds ton win the title in Palm Beach, Florida.

Cintron made two defenses of his crown with stoppages over Walter Matthysse (26-1) and Jesse Feliciano, before losing to Margarito for a second time.

Since then, Cintron has posted many quality wins over the likes of Lovemore N’dou (46-10-1), Juliano Ramos (15-2), Antwone Smith (20-2-1), Jonathan Batista (14-1) and his last bout, which took place on March 15, 2014,when won a ten round unanimous decision over Ronald Cruz (20-2).

Flores of Quito, Ecaudor has a record of 23-20-3 with 15 knockouts.

The 29 year-old Flores is a ten year professional who has fought for regional titles on five occasions.

He has shared the ring with Diego Chaves, Wale Omotoso, Brad Solomon, Alex Saucdo, Junior Castillo and his last bout when he dropped a 10-round unanimous decision to Khiary Gray Pitts on February 19th.

Frank De Alba not looking past Jesus Lule this Friday, November 20th at the 2300 Arena in South Philadelphia

Philadelphia , PA (November 17, 2015)–With a big fight staring him in the face, Frank De Alba is not looking past Jesus Lule This Friday night, November 20 as King’s Promotions will present a big night of professional boxing at the 2300 Arena in South Philadelphia.

De Alba of Reading, PA has a record of 16-1-2 with six knockouts and has won 14 straight bouts and is unbeaten in his last 16.

Lule of Fort Myers, Florida has a record of 7-14-1 with 1 knockout.

“Everything is great. My weight is good and I am just waiting for Friday,”said De Alba.

“I know Lule has fought a lot of prospects and contenders. He is a tough Mexican and I won’t underestimate him. I trained for this fight 100% as I look at him like I would s if he was an undefeated fighter.”

That line of thinking will come in handy as with a win, De Alba is penciled in to fight undefeated prospect Omar Douglas on December 29th.

De Alba and Douglas were scheduled to fight on August 1st, but a last second medical issue arose for De Alba and the fight had to be postponed.

“I am a positive guy, but I was disappointed. I lost a big opportunity, but I felt that the fight was not meant to be on that date I guess. I just stayed positive and got right back in the gym as soon as possible. If everything goes well, then December 29 is the date that me and Omar will fight. I am certainly not looking past Friday. I just want everyone to come out and see a great fight on Friday.”

De Alba of Reading, PA has a record of 16-1-2 with six knockouts and has won 14 straight bouts and is unbeaten in his last 16.

He has wins over Andrew Bentley (1-0), Benjamin Burgos (1-0) and in his last bout when he scored a 6th round stoppage over Benjamin Gomez Uribe (14-3) on May 29th in Philadelphia.

Lule of Fort Myers, Florida has a record of 7-14-1 with 1 knockout.

The 31 year-old Lule turned professional in 2010 and is known for taking on top contenders such as Dodie Boy Penalosa Jr. (9-0), Vic Pasillas (4-0), Oscar Valdez (6-0), Kiun Evans (7-0), Alberto Machado (7-0), Avery Sparrow (2-0), Wang Zhiman (1-0), Dennis Galarza (7-1) and Mason Menard (29-1).
